The Polyester Friends play psychedelic avantgarbage noise that seeks to transcend interdimensional intergalactic interpersonal absurdity. They are 3 aberrant beings from far flung times and places, fugitives from transdimensional law, hiding in an attic of a local rapper. They occasionally jam together and make sounds they like, and sometimes even leave the attic to play shows. Their sound has been described as being "like a fucking exorcism" and as being "the Eraserhead band". Combined with visually striking intense projections and a wild and absurd approach to stage presence and audience interaction, The Polyester Friends offer a bizarre yet utterly entrancing hypnotic absurd electronic performance that will be sure to leave you with thoughts. What thoughts those will be, who can say? But you will have them, we promise.
